I have found a few awesome meals to make
My elite breakfast consists of:
130g Mackeral Fillets in Tomato sauce (13g Protein)
80g Tuna chunks in Sunflower oil (15g Protein)
Mix the beasts together and a whopping 28g quality protein in the morning.
Sometimes I might nibble a little cheese because apparently I heard that it slows down the process of breaking protein down for a more consistent supply until I have some more food in 3-4 hours.
I also have a multivitamin and a Omega 3 Capsule.
And then to round my breakfast off (when the postman delivers it!) I will have a protein or weight gaining shake for a drink.
Is this a good breakfast or is it a good breakfast?
All ready in 2 minutes! I don't really have time / cant be bothered to cook things in the morning.
It also has other benefits as I heard Tuna is brain food! And Oily fish is good for you.
My lunch is usually tuna salad sandwiches which I eat throughout the day.
Another meal I regularly have is:
The most elite microwave meal ever - The Roast Chicken Dinner.
Convenient AND tasty!
368g
Ingredients:
Chicken breast (35%)
Roast Potatoes (22%)
Gravy (?%)
Peas (13%)
Baby Carrots (8%)
Stuffing (?%)
