As in, what's your job?

Me, I'm a support worker for adults with intellectual disabilities. I prefer working with the clients for whom personal care is not an issue - that is, the higher functioning clients.
 
I watch 3 children from 8 am-5/6 pm and this gives me descent cash and I get to be home with my new little guy that will be 5 months Sept.3rd!But after 3 when school gets out my other 3 kids come home and it's a mad house for about 2 hours!I love kids though. Tammy:)
 
I am a drug and alcohol councler for young adults aged 18 to 24 and i facilitate structured theraputic groups, i love it!!!! My work helps me remember what is really important in life, and also that everyone has this beautiful, magical power to change themselves, My job rocks :cool: Corythustar i hear ya on the whole "personal care " issue, i used to be a direct care staff person in a instiution for thoes with profound phyisical and develpmental delays, thats why i went to college -DEPENDS- eeeeaaaahhhhhh never again!!!!
 
I am a student and a mommy!

My most imortant job is that I'm a mommy of a 3 and a half year old little boy named Telaryn. He's my whole world!

And then I'm starting my second year of university of four to become a teacher. I'm majoring in Native Studies, and minoring in drama and then another minor in art.

I hope to teach grades 3 or higher. I think it would be really great to teach highschool. I like the older kids with attitudes. Someone has to LOL
