When I was at the gym last night I started my warm up and about 2 minutes in my hamstrings got extremely tight. Im talking to the point where I was walking funny. I didnt even do anything with them. My normal warm up routine involves extremly light weight just to get the blood flowing and and joints ready. There was no straining at all.
The only thing different from normal is I started taking creatine about a week and a half ago. Any Ideas?
