What are your biggest No No's?

mmmmmm, cake *drools*

I am just waiting for my bday, gonna bake one... two teirs of lemon cake, with raspberry filling between and lemon buttercream frosting all over... think I'll serve with lemon and raspberry sorbets... mmmmmm

Okay no enough with this cake thing I am REALLY getting hungry!!!:( I want some cake!!

Lol, didn't mean it was bad, its actually one of the few veggies I like, just figured it would completely get rid of the idea of cake... try thinking of eating steamed broccoli WITH cake, YUCK!

Broccoli is good with cake you know. I have eaten it together. I know it sounds weird but pregnancy was involved!!

Oh wow... that's almost as bad as this lady my mom knows, she likes to put brown gravy on chocolate cake... ugh! -- and she just likes it that way, not preggers!

My biggest problem food is probably potato, simply because of the sheer ammount I will put away, given the choice. I LOVE the stuff, in any shape and form. At the moment I am sort of avoiding having much at all, because I am worried if I cook myself mash (or any kind of potatoes really) I will go over the top and cook or eat too much...

Being female I of course crave chocolate from time to time and that's off the menu...

TOAST. Especially when I get to work at 7am and all the other staff make themselves some hot, great-smelling buttered toast. And I whip out my fruit. :(

hmm this is an interesting topic! i used to love this chocolate cake which is really sinfully delicious... now i hardly eat any kinda cake.. i've also cut fries out of my diet.. junk food like potato chips are a no-no too.. thinkin back, i didnt really take note of what i ate in the past.. just ate whenever i felt like eating and all.. i dont have a specific food that i simply cant live without.. so i guess its good in a way...

Oh! I forgot:
Fanchese and Ciabatta and Pugliese breads. Can eat 3/4 of a loaf in an hour, no problem. That's roughly 1000 calories, I think. So I can't buy them. Or I WILL binge.

Oh how I love bread let me count the ways!! Try working next to a bread store so that EVERYTIME you walk out the door you smell the fresh baking bread:mad: On top of which if you go in the bread store they give you a BIG slice of whichever one you want and they have butter and honey to slap on top of it if you want. It is torture!!:( Somedays i have no choice but to give in to the temptation but I do tell them to only give me a small slice not a big one that way I don't have to feel too guitly!!:p

I'd have to say french fries too. I'm keeping away from the alcohol right now, too (aside from the very occasional glass of red wine).

But I have found some new favorites that I have substituted for my former No-No's. Instead of french fries....I love a baked sweet-potato...absolute heaven...sweet and no need for butter or salt. Delicious! And much healthier!

Oh yeah....no candy. Right now I ate a small bag (50 cal) of lemon heads that came in my mail-ordered new sandals. But other than that, no candy! Hmmmm, I used to like sour candy--especially with sour crystals
