Using weights, different types of push-ups/crunches, that sort of thing. Like people say a military push-up around here and I don't have a clue what it is.
Can I get a point in a few good directions? My work-out is getting too redundant, I don't know what new machines/weights I can use and how to use them to work different muscles. Besides for what I know, I'm a lost sheep.
