I don't really know of any......I know lots to do my arms, legs, abs, but nothing really for the back.....any ideas? I do have an exercise ball and some dumbells, but thats it...thanks
thank you......i should have looked there, since i found other ones to do at her site as well thanks though, i'm printing them off now to do at home later!
Trainer Lynn, I did the back exercises last night, and I also used the glutes and hamstring ones the other day........those are such a big help, thanks!!!
