When I do curls (8kg) with my left and right hands, I get a pain on the inside of my knuckle at my ring finger on the left hand. Its like on the bone.
Ive been doing my curls properly im sure. I do it the same way with my right hand and it works great. But with my left I get that pain in the knuckle area on the inside of my hand(upper palm kinda area).
Is it from not grabbing the weight properly? I thought about this but I grab it the same way on the right hand and once again I dont get a pain on the right hand.
Also; I have never broken/fractured any part of my hand, wrist or arm for that matter.
