went from 173 to 117 after three kids

pics of me im 5'2" at 117 tell me what u think after having three kids and weighing my highest of 173 tell me where u think i need more work or if i should lose more or gain more please honest opinions i wont hold it against u i will only thank u ........

i workout to the biggest loser video and watch what i eat sometimes lol and chase three boys of my own all under the age of 5 lol that will do it for u lol
 
I think you look great, but only you can decide if you feel like you need to lose more. If you're happy where you're at, then I'd say you've met your goal. If you won't feel satisfied until that ticker is all the way down, then keep working. Just keep in mind that weight isn't the only indicator of health (just the easiest to measure sometimes)

I have 2 boys under 3, so I know exactly what you mean about chasing your kids around. It really can be a workout - too bad it can't always be sustained enough to qualify for cardio. :)

You look wonderful and healthy, vibrant! I don't think you need to loose any more, how do you feel? Do you feel healthy, if so I am glad because you seem to be very healthy. Your skin looks fabulous too, do you use lotion? I only had one boy, and I am trying to get my skin better. Thanks!

i use cocoa butter but i didnt think my skin looked great lol but i feel like i need to work more on my belly i feel like it still looks like yuck or doesnt even look toned lol and ty all for your very inspiring comments
 
you look awesome and healthy!!! but i dont think we can tell ya if u should lose more...as long as you feel good about your self that's all that really matters!
 
Congratulations on the loss! I think you look very fit and muscular. Can tell you have really worked out. I am surprised how toned and muscular even your stomach looks after having kids. You look great - not skinny, just healthy and fit. If skinny was what you were after then I doubt you would have done all the working out that we can see the results of. You can probably attribute a little bit of the weight to muscle. I doubt you really need to weigh any less to be any healthier.

I know you did mention before that you lost weight tru the 'BL exercises' but what is yr routine like, do you have all of the 4 types of dvds and how long do you spend working out each day. Reason I am asking is, i have the BL dvd workouts, all 4 of them and am curious to know what you do each day with the workout or which dvd etc.
