So here I go----AGAIN!!!
I need/want to lose 50-60 pounds. I do not weigh myself----I have scaleaphobia---but by where I have been in clothing sizes and weight I have a pretty good idea. I lost about 40 pound 2 years ago, then gained back 20 last year then lost around 20 last spring and have gained some back again. SHEESH, you'd think I would learn. Before I used a forum like this to track my progress and it helped a lot. That site is now closed down. I am hoping to find support here as well as keep myself accountable:
So today:
no exercise---will fix that tommorrow am!!!
meal 1 cheerios and skim milk---from now on it will be oatmeal
meal 2 skipped---no more!!!
Meal 3 salad with romaine, tomatoes, cukes, peas and onion with deli turkey---natural---and EVOO and lemon with greek spices---Hey I got one meal right!!
Meal 4 should be eating right now but i missed taking to the office.
Meal 5 spaghitti squash with tomato sauce and trimmed raost beef(I have a roast in the oven so I may as well use it for my protien)
I will be following the clean eating principles as much as possible and I also have the fast track for fat loss program---it is much the same ideas.
I have to get better about drinking water again and I am going to attempt an psyllium husk cleans for one month as well in october---we"ll see how that goes!!!
I have also ordered a natural supplement for weight loss that I will begin taking once it arrives---I'll post the name and manufacturer when it arrives.
