I have been feeling the pressure to get back at this again....I am now 265, I don't look 265 but I feel 265. I plan to drop 40-50 pounds....I have started to diet 3 or 4 times but always seem to slip and stop the plan...It took me several attempts to quit smoking, so maybe this is my several attempts at losing weight. I'm not ashamed of my self image, but I want to bring my young look back. I'm not going to do a fad diet or extreme stuff this time. I will control portions, increase proteins, reduce sugars. I will drink plenty of water to flush my system of "toxins" I will devote atleast 30min to excercize daily...bike riding, walking on treadmill, anything to get heart rate going, I know I will have more energy as time moves on. I'm not out of shape comepletely, If I were told to run a 5K, I could do it, I might be tired, but it can be done. I will stay focused....more to come.
