Well here's the complete weightloss and midway through toning.

how long did this take? or does it say? i will go back and check if so!!!

It took me probably around a year and a half to lose it all...But I still am working on exercising..I can't bring myself to get into a habit =/ I will work out for 2 months religiously then fail to work out for a whole month..so my body has changed from when I first initially lost all the weight until now beucase I have tightened up a little bit.
 
Congrats! You look amazing! The difference even in the first two pics with the fit of your dress is incredible but I bet that dress is too big for you now right?!!
Again you are lucky to have achieved all that by 18!!

congrats! did you lower your calorie intake as you dropped weight?

I was on weight watchers..and I didn't really do well at first. My mom was doing it so I was like..eh..I'll eat some of this food and some of my normal intake. I realized that I was loosing weight..and not even trying from eating this food that I actually liked. That kicked my ass into gear and I was like..wow..I can really do this for once. So I did lower my calorie intake as I went along (also making some mistakes of deprivation..- it's hard being in highschool and feeling the pressure) but I lowered my points as I went, so yes..I did lower my calorie intake.
Honestly though, I was a REDICULOUS binge eater..I would eat until my stomach felt like it was going to burst but then KEPT eating.. I don't know why..But I did..
Sorry for the winded answer, but yes, I did lower calorie intake, and I honestly cant tell you how much I went from..becuase It was points to me not calories.. Now I eat 1200 everyday or I gain weight (assuming its from the starvation period my body had gone through for 6 months of me torturing it... =/ )
