well Doing at home

i've got less time for going out for workout so in my personal for geting fitness i daily do some pushups and some excersice for ads and i always eat healther no junk food .
 
lots of protein based foods whenever you can - eggs, fish, poultry, red meat like lamb. If you want to gain some weight, then try weight lifting at home - get some good workout videos based on body building principles - the New Insanity training system is good, just make sure you eat well and eat regularly. Would be helpful if we knew how much you weigh and what your height is...

Do some running - Around the home
Push ups, sit ups, find some stuff in the house to use as a compensation for weights.
By some weights to help you work out
Put on some music and enjoy
Eat well balanced food
Sleep well
Kick it and be focused in the 20 minutes - And you will see some results
