Well being and 2 jobs

i currently work 2 jobs, the major job is nightpacking at woolworths, i do usually 4 nights a week and 2 at my other job. nightfilling is so taxing on the body and i am simply to sore to workout during the week, I have plenty of time to workout my body just isnt up for it, i have been eating fairly clean and taking protein supplements after working, i have put on 2kg, i feel fine but i am unable to lift and am relitivley skinny, if i am too sore to work out will that mean muscles have been worked? or am i just over fatigued or something?
im 180cm and 65kg Male 18 years
