Weights lost, time to workout!

Well I went from 230 to 140, kept it off for over half a year now and plan on keeping fat off, but now I think it's time for me to build some muscle and make my flabby stomach into something pretty :-D

I'm sorry I'm not really browsing much but I'm in a hurry, anyone got links or advice to building muscle / shaping abs? Thanks in advance, I'll check with this when I got the time, sorry if there are already posts I didnt see about these questions.
 
Given by ~LV~ him self dont mind the title with "steroid" heh I got no clue on how to hyperlink on this page but its a pretty in depth essay on how to build muscle and what to eat.
