Most Nigerian foods are known to be very high in carbohydrates and this has resulted in weight gain and unhealthy living. However, there are variety of Nigerian foods and numerous fruits that when taken in the right proportion helps in balancing the calorie level of the body. Apart from eating of foods and weight loss herbal supplements, regular exercises are also recommended.

Well, um instead of worrying about the carb level, it is calorie level that people who are overweight should be worried about. Oh and weight loss herbal supplements are a joke.
