update!

Hey guys, sorry ive not popped on in like forever, but I have started my exams and I am under a lot of pressure at the moment. Good news though, I have stuck to kinda healthy eating but right now im not concentrating on food as much!

This week I was very dissapointed! 0.6 pound loss! Still half a pound.
I will try to update as much as I can, but its hard at the moment due to all these exams! STRESS.

Hey everyone,

Just to let you all know, I havnt left and stopped dieting completely. I took a two week break from dieting as I had exams and I didnt think it was having a good impact on my exams. For the last two weeks I have ate very bad and havnt weighed myself since then!

Tomorrow, I am going to start back to healthy eating and will weigh myself and will post the results in the morning. The last time I weighed myself I was 12 stone 0.8 pound. I am going to be expecting a 4 pound add, 2 pound for each week!

Although, the result may be bad, Im not to concerned because I know I can lose it again in 2 weeks. I just thought to myself there isnt any point in me failing my exams just to lose a few pounds.

How is everyone doing?

Okay, So after 2 weeks I was expecting a gain on the scales as I have taken a break for 2 weeks.

I am currently 12 Stone 0.8 pounds, the same as two weeks ago!!!
I dont know why or how as I have ate REALLY BAD

Going to start calorie counting again today, as I feel that worked best for me :)

Update:(

As my last comment said I was going to calorie count again, It appears that I continued eating like a PIG.

I just can't get back onto the diet, im finding it really hard now. Although monday I weighed in 12 stone 0.8 the same, I weighed myself this morning and It said 12 stone 2. So i have gained 1.2 :(.

So, When I seen that result today I was very angry with myself because I knew I have worked hard for around 10 weeks to lose this amount of weight already. I have had a good day today! probably around 1200 calories.

I PROMISE I will upload calorie intake tomorrow.

Update

Im going on a cereal diet for approx 7 days, to shed the few pounds ive gained, Although its not weigh-in tomorrow, I weighed myself this morning and I was 12 2.4 thats a gain of 1.6 pounds :(.

I cant really be dissapointed though as Ive been eating what I want for the last week, but ahwel! Hopefully this will shred them off this week, then I can get back on track!

Tbh, I dont feel as if im getting any support what so ever from this forum anymore, Considering removing my account off here.

Update

So yeah, not been on here in a while. Its so hard for me right now to keep track on a diet when im sitting at home bored all day! I think once I start college I will be back on track!

Ive been hovering between 12st1 and 12st-4.5 for the last 2 months! It wont seem to budge is anyone else having the same problem with the weight not dropping off. Starting from tomorrow, Im going to start using this forum properly as I feel as this helps me stay motivated and will help me to get into the 11st barrier.

Sorry to anyone who actually used to follow my diary entry that I havnt been updating as much but I make sure from now on everything that I eat will be logged.

Don't give in man, if you lost weight once, you can do it again. If you are feeling bored than it means you have some time to go for a walk, or a jog man. Keep yourself busy man.
 
So far I'm close to losing my first 5kg, still have a way to go. Weighing now 125.3, and am hoping to get to 80kg.
 
Hey all.

After having great success of losing weight on the forum, I decided to leave a few months ago as I felt as I was not getting enough to support to bother visiting. Since then I have gained a stone back of weight after losing 12 pound :(! so im currently 2 pound over overall. I am going to startt uploading my intake of calories and what meal choices I have made.

Welcome back eric. Ideally you want to get to a point where you don't need anyone to support you. ON a forum, if you support others, they will support you. That's how support forums work. Find some mates and post on their diaries. This will help you stay motivated. Now at least you know what to do. so that's good. Take care and good luck iwth your program.
