Hi, I am wondering if it's ok if I add weights when doing pull-ups and dips. When doing dips or pull ups, I have a ten pound medicine ball and five pound ankle weights on each ankle that I use while doing sets. To be less vague on the question I asked previouse, would adding weight to these excercises damedge joints. I figured that it would be necessary to ask this before continueing on with the excercise, so sorry about the noobish question.
