ok, i do meh crunches. i kind of have my own crunches that i do though. i dont know if they are bad but i do them anyway. i do my crunch and my leg lifts at the same time if you know what im saying. and to get my obliques i scissor my legs, beleive me it does work. the first time i tried scissoring my legs my sides were sore as hell. i do about 5 sets of about 60-70. my abs are solid as hell too, except for that little amount at the bottom which doesnt bother me. cause just about everybody else has the same problem
so maybe its just how the human body is? but anyway, i know by holding a weight on my chest i can weight train more my upper abs, but how would i weight train my leg lifts? i could get those strap on weights that strap to the ankle but, yeah....i dont have those. so any alternatives?
