No kidding! I like how WW lets you eat whatever you want basically and lets you have that extra space to snack if you want to. It's an excellent system and a very healthy one, unlike some diets out there these days.
Ok.. I've been trying to do the points thing all day and I'm only up to 19 points.. so my ? is .. what happens if you dont get all of your points in?? Will it make your metab. slow down or is it good if you dont get them in?? Next ? ... Does anyone know how the activity points work?? I dont have a book for that!!

Also I Found Out You Can Get Info From The Weightwatchers Page As Long As You Sign Up But You Dont Have To Pay To Just Post In The Forum And Get Help! So That Should Help Us A Lot Also! Hi all Okay, I started WW last week (at home) on 3/20/06 and I get 24 pts per day... Its been "easy" so far even my "cheats" have fit into my days without using "flex points" (thank goodness!!!)
I have been craving cheesecake this week (don't know why b/c I really don't normally care for it) and found a great alternative 1 TBSP of light cream cheese spread on 1 honey graham cracker SQUARE and topped w/ another square (so 1 sheet total). Its only 3 points as opposed to like 10 or 12 Now, if only I could reduce it more..... OH well, guess it wouldn't have the same flavor I want if I did that *sigh* guess I'll have to suck it up! LOL
OOOOO! How frustrating!!! I have been SO good with everything this week and only lost a pound I am glad my month-long plateau got "broke" but I was REALLY hoping for more like 2 pounds.... well, atleast I didn't maintain the plateau
Thanks BB - day 2 went well also. I finished the day with 22 pts which is right on target for me. I'm already down 2 lbs which is kinda quick but I'm sure it will even out by the end of the week.
I managed to drink 3 full bottles of water yesterday too, and only one bottle of diet coke. I think I actually had more energy yesterday then I usually do drinking diet coke all day long.
