weight vests

I'm looking for a quality weight vest that i'll actually get use from.

I was looking on east bay and found a nike SPARQ one () but I was wondering is if it only comes with 4 1.5 pound things then that would be really easy and it costs $125..........so I looked on dicks sporting goods' site and found this .... and that can hold 20 pounds and only cost $70


thoughts on which I should get?

I just use 10lb hand weights at my gym walk on high incline for 30min on a cardio day and it doesnt cost anything. wieght is weight try it and see how you like it another benefit I like is it burns your tri and biceps out on a cardio day (2 in 1) but you'll still really feel it in your shoulders and back
