weight training?

im just curious if a weight training program with no special diet would still show some results? for instance if i still ate slightly large portions of dinner or had the occasional few potato chips, basically no real restrictions...and im wondering if i get a good 30 minute workout with heavier weights, would there be any progress in that, muscle for fat conversion or at least muscle increase?

depends what you want to achieve and how quick but in the long run those foods are no good for your overall health so should be avoided most the time (sais me eating m&m's) lol

If you just want to be strong, then it's not that big of a deal about your diet (generally speaking) as long as you get in plenty of protein, fat, and carbs. However, if it's physique stuff you're looking for, then yes...diet goes a long way.
