I started weight lifting again after being out of the scene for a few months. I go 4 times a week. Currently taking Whey Protein Daily + Effervescent Creatine daily. I am 5 foot 10, 195 lbs. I want to be down to 185 (thats my goal). Aside from that I just graduated college and since moving back home I have lost about 6 lbs. The parents have been cooking my food now and certainly have been eating smaller portions. College days will certainly make your tummy soft.
Anyway, I started swimming after I lifting weights and noticed a big difference in body fat reduction over the period of two weeks. Does anyone recommend doing laps in the pool (indoor or outdoor) after weight lifting. It really builds my cardiovascular strength as well. I certainly perfer swimming over running. Any suggestions or comments??
