I need some help designing a weight training program for the home gym that I bought. I can perfrom the following excercises on my gym.
Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Military Press
Leg Extensions
I also have dumbells at my disposal.
My current max for each excercise is:
Bench Press 75 Pounds
Incline Bench Press 60 Pounds
Military Press 50 Pounds
Leg Extensions 150 Pounds
I know Im weak I don't have to be reminded of that but I would really appreciate some help on designing a program that I can stick with and can see results. I am primarily wanting to lose this last few body fat points and to do that you all have recommended lifting weights.
