weight training for verticle jump

i really want to increase my verticle,
and i want to keep lifting weights.
what is the best way to lift for increased verticle(phases of intensity)?

i konw that you should lift fast and explosively, but i dont know exactly how to train for it.
the only exercises i have in mind are
back squats
jump squats
power cleans
speed deadlifts
box jumps
lunges?
stepups?
any more you have in mind?

what kind of cycles should i do? a strength cycle followed by a power cycle?

im sorry, i just never trained for increased verticle so i need some advice/tips =3
i know plyos are good but which ones are actualy worth it?
