Weight Training Cause Impotance?

Someone told me today that weighttraining can cause you not to have an erection.Is this true?It does kinda make sense since all the other muscles were trained hard that day could blood not be makin its way down there or soemthing?

Weight lifting increases your testosterone production, which increases your sex drive. I think you'll be fine. If you're having trouble it may be something else. Are you taking any medications?

Hypnotic, Creatine and protein are also quite safe. Unless something has a significant dose of sodium erthorsbate (also known as "salt peter") you should be okay.

I take it your having a little trouble. Are you taking any meds? Some depression meds and blood pressure meds have been known to cause lack of interest/inability to perform. Outside of that it's probably all in your head.

Yeah, well, when someone brings up a topic "for a friend" and they keep harping on it, I like to say let's quit ****ing around here and fix the problem. Denial ain't a river in Egypt!
 
Maybe he's looking for an excuse to not work out OR not have sex.... Don'tbelieve everything you hear, if it sounds far fetched it probably is. Think about it the gym is always packed....
 
well i can say this but i have no proof :p working your abs makes orgasm real like 2x better for me, and still have the urge to go at it 5x a day i sprained my wrist b4 :(

And if you do sitting hammer curls, do too heavy, and you drop the weight on your groin, you could probobly have some impotence problem, but other than that, i doubt it:p
