Weight problem

Hello,
I am 5 ft 9 ish, 156 - 159.5 lbs. 16 yr old Male. The problem i have is that my legs have lots of muscle and so that adds to my weight, but I have very big breasts as you would say it. I am conditioned sprinter and a good athlete. I do a full body workout routine and train. How can I lose that fat around my breasts beacause I know that I have to lose weight but if i do that then its unhealthy for me.
Any suggestions?

Give it some time. As you start losing weight, some of it is bound to come from there. As for a way to specifically target fat there - can't happen.
