I have access to a weight room, but the ppl that run it arnt that helpful.. what do you guys recommend for a good peck machine that really tones ur pecks.. thanks

Edit: the name of the machine would be the best -- or some stuff i could do with freeweights.. and I always thought push ups help but i only feel those in my arm

the chest fly machine or whatever it's called... haven't been to the gym in 6 months since i've been lifting at my home gym

There was one I did when I had access to a gym (at home now) called "scaption". It uses the Cable crossover machine. What you do is stand in the middle useing both low pulleys. Standing straight up knees slightly bent bring the handles together in front of you with only a slight bend in the elbow. Use very low weights to avoid injury. Has a very nice burn to it. Also try doing fly's first to pre-exhaust your pecs. push-ups are excellent exercises also because they don't cost anything and can be done anywhere. Plus it changes wherever you place your hands. Wide, close, low, high, hands on stairs, feet on stairs, between two chairs(sorry for the rhyme):D good luck

Bench press and incline bench press. These are the 2 best exersizes for chest. You will get most of your gains from these two lifts because you can do more weight on them, plus your working your tris and shoulders and the same time. More weight=more hypertrophy.
