weight loss

hey guys, so ive just come back from a long over seas holiday full of eating and its time to loose some weight and get fit..

Ive been running for 2 weeks and i have been starting pretty easy doing about 2.5km in between 11-12 mins.

Just wondering if anyones got good tips for people new to running or what i should be doing differently starting out.

Im male, 186cm and weigh 80kg.. looking to drop 5+ kg
