Thanks! Glad to be here. Well, I deal with the addiction by... taking the pills LOL
The only downside I can see to this -right now-, is I'm so used to feeling pumped up, that 'normal' feels lazy and sluggish to me. And if I happen to take too much, I can feel sick. But the most I typically have is 800mg of caffeine a day and that is just absolutely perfect. Whenever I take them before a workout, I can burn off (according to my elliptical reading) 1000 calories a day easy. I know that's probably all inaccurate though. It's really important not to go overboard with these pills.. One time I guess I took a couple too close together, got the WORST migraine of my life. I even take less than the instructions say. And of course after about 4 or 5 hours I do crash and get very tired. It's good that I crash around my bedtime though, works out perfectly. 0 weight loss from them though! LOL
Wow I never thought you some diet pills might be that harmful. So have you ever tried a detox? How long have you been taken those pills? You should have stopped when you realized that they don't help you to lose weight. The control of the weight is very important if you take any kind of diet pills I think.
Hi Well I started with the redusyn today, but for at the most 3 months, I feel really good today, was a super nice day, and my eating was very controlled. Darkangel, I hope that you will get on the right track, Be carefull with yourself, like I have given myself a limit on the time I will be taking redusyn, I don't want to depend on pills, and redusyn seems to be the best, without side-effects. Take care!!!
Yes I started with the redusyn, and I feel just great, I am not so hungry anymore, even a gal at work today offered me some cake, and guess what, I didn't even want it, usually I would of asked for a second piece, I am trying to watch what I eat and it seems to be working, no kind of diet thing, and I feel more active, go on longer walks with my 2 dogs. Really great feeling. Will hop on the scale tomorrow and let you know how it looks.
As some of people like darkangell have said, be very careful with these pills. The physical side effects aside, the mental addiction is what really gets you. This is especially important for people with clinical depression or anxiety that is going untreated (and if you are taking antidepressants, don't even touch diet pills). If diet pills make you feel "better" or give you a nice buzz, then its a sign that you should probably not take them.
Hi, just wanted to let you know that I have been using the arbonne pills and since may of 2006 I have went from 279 pounds to 188. For me, they have worked wonderfully as I have heart issues and they are the only thing that I have ever used that have not made my heart race, given me jitters etc. etc. Let me know if you have any questions as again I have found the products to be wonderful.Has any one tried this program? They have appetite suppressents and a detox tea. I'm interested but was wondering if anyone else has tried it.
