Weight loss pills?

Thanks! Glad to be here. Well, I deal with the addiction by... taking the pills LOL
The only downside I can see to this -right now-, is I'm so used to feeling pumped up, that 'normal' feels lazy and sluggish to me. And if I happen to take too much, I can feel sick. But the most I typically have is 800mg of caffeine a day and that is just absolutely perfect. Whenever I take them before a workout, I can burn off (according to my elliptical reading) 1000 calories a day easy. I know that's probably all inaccurate though. It's really important not to go overboard with these pills.. One time I guess I took a couple too close together, got the WORST migraine of my life. I even take less than the instructions say. And of course after about 4 or 5 hours I do crash and get very tired. It's good that I crash around my bedtime though, works out perfectly. 0 weight loss from them though! LOL

Wow I never thought you some diet pills might be that harmful. So have you ever tried a detox? How long have you been taken those pills? You should have stopped when you realized that they don't help you to lose weight. The control of the weight is very important if you take any kind of diet pills I think.

Before taking diet pills that provide "chemical" way of losing weight, we have to realise there are sertain risks to our overall health, especially if prescription pills are taken in the long run treatment. Check the list below:

* Side effects. The most substantial reason why prescription weight loss pills yield to no prescription natural weight loss supplements. Of course, safety of even all natural diet pills not always agrees with its advertisement, but prescription pills contain unnatural stimulants, so the side effects should be learned.....

Believe it or not, I didn't even start taking them to really lose weight. I started using them for an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety type of thing. The bounce the caffeine gave me made me feel happy, so I just never stopped taking them. I didn't believe they would help with losing weight anyway, and I was right. I suppose it's a bad thing to depend on pills for happiness, just like an alcoholic would depend on alcohol, or even someone would depend on food. (Edit note* I actually used to drink quite a bit to get that happiness, but in September when my dad died, I smartened up a bit and stopped that. One step at a time I guess.*) I don't plan on taking them forever.. And I really only like them at my physical job and during my workouts (which of course is every day).

Hi Well I started with the redusyn today, but for at the most 3 months, I feel really good today, was a super nice day, and my eating was very controlled. Darkangel, I hope that you will get on the right track, Be carefull with yourself, like I have given myself a limit on the time I will be taking redusyn, I don't want to depend on pills, and redusyn seems to be the best, without side-effects. Take care!!!

Hi angelshoes I am glad that you are back. So you mentioned that you got redusyn yesterday. So how many pills are you going to take? Just one a day I guess? And are you going to do a special dieting program while taking the pills? Please tell me about your experiences with redusynI just can't wait to read your next posts!

Yes I started with the redusyn, and I feel just great, I am not so hungry anymore, even a gal at work today offered me some cake, and guess what, I didn't even want it, usually I would of asked for a second piece, I am trying to watch what I eat and it seems to be working, no kind of diet thing, and I feel more active, go on longer walks with my 2 dogs. Really great feeling. Will hop on the scale tomorrow and let you know how it looks.

That is fantastic. Honestly I don't think that I could say no to a cake which somebody offers me :) Especially not now, but I tried to stop snacking in the evening. I am gaining weight anyways because of my pregnancy but I don't want to become too large :)So have you already lost any weight?

Well, I am really doing good, I really feel better about myself and 3 lbs. are gone, I don't know if it is the diet pills or what, I notice that I eat better, no junk food and anyway I am not really very hungry like I use to be, I hope that this keeps up, I would be evry happy then.

From personal experience I found the natural supplements to be the best. Don't settle for anything less. The other ones seem to just do nothing and some even get your heart racing along with other side effects. They do make an amazing difference though if you exercise with taking some sort of herbal diet pill.

yes I think that you are right, I am exercising and watching what I eat, along with taking redusyn it is working and I am very happy with the results. I will not take the diet pill for long, it is just to get me started towards losing weight, then I hopefully will be able to do it on my own, I want to maintain my weight after I lose enough. I am really dertermined to do this!!!

As some of people like darkangell have said, be very careful with these pills. The physical side effects aside, the mental addiction is what really gets you. This is especially important for people with clinical depression or anxiety that is going untreated (and if you are taking antidepressants, don't even touch diet pills). If diet pills make you feel "better" or give you a nice buzz, then its a sign that you should probably not take them.

Yes I agree with you, I was very careful with my choice of diet pills, I picked Redusyn because it seemed to be the best one of the bunch, no I do not get a buzz from them, if I did I would then stop taking them. I have planned not to take them more than 3 months, I just orderd a 28 day supply, hoping that will be all I need. Thank you for your comments. I will really keep them in mind.

Hi angelshoes,
so I guess you really enjoy your new life. That's great! And probably it is not all because of redusyn. You seem to have to much energy. So in which way did you change your eating habits? It is probably good not to take the pills for a too long period of time but 28 days is okay I think. I wish you good luck!

Well Jane1975, this is just a start for me, with the help of my diet pill (maybe it is just mental) I am doing very well, I have lost weight, and feel better, I have a dr. appointment today and will see how things are on that side, I just hope that this keeps up.

Yeah it is probably good to go and see a doctor from time to time because he might see if something is wrong with the intake of the pill. By the way why don't you start writing a weight loss diary while taking redusyn. I would be interested to read about your experiences! Probably others would like that too!

Yahoo, my doc said that everything is just great and that I can keep this program up with redusyn, but I had to promiss to see him every 2 weeks, and he will check me out. Good Idea about a diary, will start it first thing tomorrow after work.

Has any one tried this program? They have appetite suppressents and a detox tea. I'm interested but was wondering if anyone else has tried it.
Hi, just wanted to let you know that I have been using the arbonne pills and since may of 2006 I have went from 279 pounds to 188. For me, they have worked wonderfully as I have heart issues and they are the only thing that I have ever used that have not made my heart race, given me jitters etc. etc. Let me know if you have any questions as again I have found the products to be wonderful.

Redusyn Diary

This is the 6th day of taking Redusyn and I feel great, and have dropped from 210 lbs to 201 in 6 days, I think that is the greatest thing in the world right now, I am not only losing weight, I feel really good about myself. I don't hardly think of food, of course I eat my 3 meals a day, but I cook them different, little more fat-free, and I am full faster. This is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!:hurray:

That sounds great, angelshoes. Nine lbs in six days! Wow hopefully I will be as successful as you are. I am pregnant right now and therefore people suggested me not to take a weight loss pill but when my baby will be born I think I am going to try redusyn too. Please keep on posting!
