Wow you know when you work in a building full of geeks when you hear them all raving about today being 08/08/08. Anyways it's Friday!!!!!!

My day yesterday finished off good. I did my Ab DVD before bed. The salmon came out kinda dry, and I used wine for the first time. There were some bites that tasted really winey. And I partially blame the massive storm that decided to come just as I put the salmon on the grill for it being so dry. I grabbed a pretty big piece, but decided to put some of it back because I didn't need to eat it. Then for dessert I made a homemade yogurt parfait. 4 small strawberries, 1 40 cal container of vanilla yogurt, and a sprinkle of granola cereal. It probably worked out to 100 cals or less, and it was DELICIOUS!! I honestly don't ever see a reason to buy them from Mcd's ever again.
Jumped on the scale today and was happy to see that it was 134.2 lbs. I was realllllly hoping it would say 133.x, but that was not the case. My body looks and feels nice and tight again. I will be taking measurements and photos tomorrow morning to make up for my last weekend of not doing that. I was going to go to the gym this morning, but decided that I'll go before lunch at 11:30. I have some stuff to get done this morning so I wanted to come in early.
Meals:
Breakfast: 2 packets of weight control maple brown sugar oatmeal (yummmmm) - 300 cals
Snack: Chocolate pudding (for lack of better snacks, and satisfy the craving) - 110 cals
Lunch: PC blue menu whole wheat shrimp linguine w/ strawberry yogurt and red pepper w/ hummus - 350 cals
Snack: Nectarine - 70 cals
Dinner: Salmon w/ green and yellow beans - 300 cals
Total: 1243 cals (leaving me room for a potential indulge, or a drink)
A couple things: I am not drinking this weekend at all. Maybe like one drink, but not drunk drink. I felt like complete shit last Monday and I just need to take it easy, and focus on my good eats this weekend and maybe some exercise.
I am not logging my food onto Fitday anymore because it is just soo friggin annoying. It is wayy too tedious for my liking. I roughly know all the cals in the foods I eat, and if not THEN I'll log it just to check. Once school comes I won't have any time to do that anyways, I may not even have time to write in here but I hope that I do.
That's all for now. Oh I think I want to mention that I did not eat any of the yummy looking muffins at my section meeting yesterday. I'm sure there were some bran ones, but I just didn't want to consume 300+ cals of a muffin. Not my thing.
