Weight loss has not gone as i Planed

Girl, you are gorgeous!
I started at about 290. I was 260 when I quit for about a year because I lost my motivation. On January 1st, I started the 17 day diet and I've lost 17 lbs. Good luck and I hope you achieve everything you set your mind to! You can do it! I can't wait to see your progress!

Something that really helped me at home:
1. I bought a little 8-10 lb weight and would lift it during commercials. (a lil bit everyday and I saw muscle definition in my arms in a couple months!)
2. Cleaning -- I would make 2 trips up and down the stairs for something I could have probably done in one -- Little things like this DOES make a difference.

I started just moving around the house more and more -- along with eating right it should put you on the right track.

You're beautiful now -- good luck on your weight loss journey!

Good job! I also have had to restart getting healthier but unlike you I gained it ALL back! So frustrating! I found my motivation by working out with my fiance because he encourages me to do it. I think if you found a buddy to work out or joined a small gym that would be a huge help.

When I did lose the weight I joined a small friendly gym and I thoroughly enjoyed going and everyone knew my name and was very encouraging. I honestly think sometimes we need outside help to get started. Then of course you need to be able to go back when you feel like you lack motivation. I had to quit the gym because I lost my job. Now I'm doing p90x and losing the weight at a nice rate :)

Just wanted to give everyone an update.. so its been 6 weeks..and iv lost 10lbs..im happy about it.. but latly iv been wanting to just give up.. and im not sure why .. i just dont feel like its worth it.. i know in the long run it will be well worth it.. idk just wanted to let everyone know iv lost 10lbs talk to you all later.

It is for sure worth it. I used to give up a lot. I thought food made me happier and losing weight wasn't worth missing out on. Such a bad outlook. I made some changes and now I have a lifestyle change. Its better because its how I live not just in the moment of dieting.
10 lbs is awesome. You should be so proud of yourself!!
P.S. I got my wii fit and love it. I got the golds gym workout. You can dio a long workout or spurts of a few mintues at a time. Great when you have babies. And it counts how amny calories you've burned.

Stay positive and keep going!! You can do this!
