I am 17, and wiegh 160. I have 30 pounds of body fat, and would like to burn at least 20 lbs. of it. I am very active. I would like to know which will help me more, a treadmill or a good elliptical trainer. I can train at easy or hard workout rates. So if I want to lose fat, what will help more, the treadmill or elleptical. Also, do elliptical machines offer a tough workout, or just easy workouts?
