weight loss diary

today is my second day coming to the website. I started a diary yesterday and just started new thread for diary again, is that right?
well, last night I did not eat right before bed, that si hard for me.....but so is buying a new wardrobe if I do not fit inot anything soon.
breakfast I had a bowl of Kashi blueberry clusters with rice milk.
I started my toning routine but my 1 year old will not nap and its bothering me to hear him making whine noises while I try to work out.....and daughter wanted to play Polly pockets....I put the weights away and will plan to walk today....3 miles. This is my good time of day....its nap and bedtime that gets me inot trouble. Feeling strong and motivated at the moment. well thats all for me for now. this is great for me to have a place to check into and be accountable, what a difference. this is supportive and a great tool!!!
 
you want to go back to the same thread in your original diary -just makes it easier to keep all your thoughts in one place...

hi rachael :D if you want to track your diary in an easier way, just go to UserCP, and you should all the threads you posted in, and your diary too, so you don't have to start a new one each time you come.

anyway, welcome to your diary :D
