Weight loss diary. Losing half of me.

Well I figured I'd make a diary. I'm not really sure what to write so I'm just going to go with the flow...

Anyway today I weighed in at 183.
Starting weight was 304ish in 2004.
So I guess this makes Thursday my weekly weigh in.

I have an obsession of weighing myself everyday a few times and letting the number determine my mood so starting now I'll just try to weigh myself on thursdays.

I'm trying to get back into working out but it's been hard for some reason.
I tried to work out today and I just kind of gave up within minutes... but after writing this I see I should workout today because I didn't yesterday. And I still have 30 minutes before I have to get ready for work. I'll try to workout for 20 minutes atleast. So I'm cutting this short.

Well I am already screwing up. I've been discouraged. I gained a few pounds despite working out and eating healthier.
I'm starting to think that although I'm on medication for being hypothyroid that losing any more weight is going to be really hard.

For the good news.... I just got my acceptance letter to the richard stockton college of NJ. Free gym here i come!
