Weight loss diary - Continuing my journey

Wow, you look great! I'm happy that the bulk of the hardship for you has already passed (and you succeeded!). Good luck at the gym!
 
AThank you Jay! Im very relieved that the hardest part has past.. And the shaping has began! So far so good.. I didn't do as much as planned for the gym but I did walk/jog the treadmill for 2 miles. Eating was good!

Yesterdays meals...

. Breakfast : 2 hard boiled eggs w a smoothie ( naked:green machine, added 1 banana, 1 spoon of canon Greek plain yogurt, & 1 spoon of fiber )
. Lunch : 1 cup spinach, 1/4 tomato, spoon diced raw onion, lite italian dressing
. Dinner : McDonalds side salad w lite Italian dressing, a grilled chicken patty and a small apple juice
. Snack : 1 1/2 cups of popcorn
. Snack : 1 bite size Hershey's dark chocolate

Will update some more later today.. As of now.. Work work and work =(
