so this journey took forever to truly get started. i thought i was serious in the past and then i would go directly back to my old eating habits. eating has been the hardest concept for me. i love and enjoy excercise (i run). but i either eat too much or too little and i am still struggling with that. but i am proud of myself. i am 5'6''. my goal weight is 130-135. i havnt been in the 140s since freshman year in highschool and i am 22 now. pretty proud

this took from mid december up until march...... and i have more to lose! ive also had a baby so this is proof that you can lose weight and truly be thinner than you were before your baby!
* i actually weighed 180 before getting pregnant from getting on medication that made me gain weight and drinking.... when i gave birth i weighed 230......most of that weight dropped off so the real work began at 180.
