hey, does anyone know what kind of weight lifting program i should do do get decent teen sized pecks? and also what should i be eating breakfast tea or lunch?
It helps to do chest exercises with free weights because then you can really isolate different parts of your chest. So dumbell presses, inclined presses, flys, etc.
You have to feed the muscle, so make sure your diet is in check. Can't make gains without a calories surplus so figure out your dietary needs or you will be wasting some time.
Good rule of thumb is to start 300-500 calories above maintaince and work up as you need. But do it cleanly ,dont just eat alot of Mcdonlads or you will just be giving yourself some teen boy boobs
