Weight gained?!?!

over the past week, iv seem to gained about 5 lbs...
1) how did i do that?
2) how do i lose it FAST? (vacation soon)
3) how do i know if its muscle, not fat?
4) i am constipated... connection?
 
1) you took in more calories than you burned off

2) do the opposite

3) check your bodyfat %

4) fiber helps get the going, well you know: GOING
 
Don't make the answer more confusing than it is. Just go out for a job every once in a while, do some crunches.



About the constipation, take some laxitives.
