Weight Gain

Hey guys

I've been training over 6 months.

The reason is beacause im thin and I wanted to become big. Not a "Bodybuilder" type but just gain some pounds, so I tried to use some Weight gainers but I dont think it works also normal proteins drinks.

Can someone please suggest some good Weight gainers around? I've seen some in Ebay, but they are all different, and I dont know them. Perhaps someone knows a good kind they could refer?

Thanks.

weight gainers are just sugar and whey. nothing special about them. to gain weight you have to consume more calories than you burn.

the site fil gave you is pretty good. they say the guy who runs it is plain jane with the same basic information over and over again. but he means well. :)

Thanks for the link.

Btw, im 19.

EDIT: I've checked the site out and most of the sellers info seems true to me, but how come is he the only one selling weightgain 101?

I've checked other sites, they dont seem to have them. Could you perhaps refer me to a real online shop that also ships international?

Thanks in advance.

Start drinking a gallon of milk a day and if that doesn't work eat double what you're now eating. Eat hundreds of food. You don't need weightgainers.

you should eat 1 meal every 3 hours no matter what.. the difference between trying to gain and trying to lose, is what makes up those meals..

Im 19 also. I'm about 6'1" and throughout highschool i was between 135 and 145. I've been working really hard at weightgain for about 5 months now and im up to 170 and still gaining.

The main thing is your mindframe dude, you have to really concentrate on what you're eating throughout the day. Break 3000 calories a day, and at the very very very least, 100 grams of protien. Eat a lot of fatty high protien food before bed and after workouts. If nothing good is around, peanut butter or tuna should be well stocked. Remember, that if you feel the sensation of hunger, its too late so keep your eye on the clock.

As for weight gainers, Ive had good results with Isopure, It has like 300 calories by itself, and you cant put this crap down by itself. With milk, icecream, and a banana it's well over 500 calories and 60 grams of protien, 60 grams!!!.

good luck dude.
