Weight Gain Diet

i have a very simple query.i need to knw wht diet to follow for gaining weight and simulteneously not gaining any fat or bulk on my tummy...Actually I m not a BB but I play football so I m not tryin to become huge..just defined and few more kg of muscles..now I m 72Kg 184cm 21 years old.(My example is Pitt in Fight club:D ) thanks will appreciate your help...

with proteins do u mean just meat and eggs? is it healthy to eat them every day? what about bread and pasta?
 
Bread and pasta you need whole wheat, not white and not enriched wheat flour. You can never have too much chicken and turkey thats for sure. Eat a moderate amount of fish, and any beef needs to be lean. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat 5-6 times a day.
 
thanks tony..the only problem is that it could be tough to me to eat 5-6 times a day....is it a problem if dont manage to split up in that way my meals? Why is it important to eat less in a unique meal and eat in more times?...So that I dont waist the proteins I eat? I have to say that I m not a BB so I hoped that such a strict diet wasnt too important....sorry for askin a lot I m just tryin to get my mind clear...
