i have a very simple query.i need to knw wht diet to follow for gaining weight and simulteneously not gaining any fat or bulk on my tummy..thanks will appreciate your help.
You'd be best asking in a bodybuilding forum. I know to add muscle (I am assuming that's your goal?!) you need a surplus of calories. BUT they have to be good clean calories as opposed to Big Macs
I can spit off a lot of healthy foods, but I have a feeling that a bodybuilding forum would already have food lists generated specifically for your goal.
Mass gaining is one of my specialties. It's possible, but difficult to gain muscle but not gain fat in your tummy. It involves sticking to a real clean diet and finding the right calorie level where you will eat enough to gain muscle, but not have a huge excess so you put on fat.
Even if you did gain a littel bit of fat, you could start a cutting prgram as soon as you're done mass building and lose it right away.
