i've gained 25 pounds in just 7 months... i need to loose that weight, i weigh 152 now and i would really like to get to at least 130 or 135 and ive been working my but off but all im doing is gainning weight, i barely eat, and when i splurge once it seems like i blow up... i have fruit and vegies and wheat thins. how do i loose the loose fat around my stomach area and loose inches around my thigh area... what excercises are recommended? please help... ive been trying to lose weight for a month now and ive gained 5 lbs. i don't get it!
