Don't be discouraged! I bet it is TOM! Once when I was getting close to my TOM I jumped 5 lbs in 1 day! I don't even think I consumed 5 lbs worth of anything so it must have been absorbed through the air!

But TOM weight comes off so easily. So long as you aren't cheating your body will respond soon and the weight will come back off.

I wonder if me being on birth control has anything to do with it being hard for me to lose weight...i never really gained any from it, but maybe it has something to do with it

It may be worth asking your doctor about. Certainly you can and are losing weight even while you are on birth control, but there's no harm in asking if there is a different birth control that will help with the weight as well.
