This is what I usually eat.
 
Breakfast  -  Chicken, Or Turkey Burger, Or Yogurt & Cereal -  with the turkey burger I will have salsa on it, with the chicken I have B.B.Q. sauce.
 
Lunch  -  Chicken, Or Turkey Burger, Or Sandwich -  with the turkey burger I will have salsa on it, with the chicken I have B.B.Q. sauce.
 
Dinner  -  Some kind of protein, vegetables, brown rice 
 
I have no sugar, no soda.
 
I exercise at least every other day, I never miss two day in a row of my exercise.
 
This is my third week of writing down my calories, it has made a huge difference.
