Exactly 206.4 for multiple days in a row now.
Good to see you back here, isn't that pretty much your goal weight? Or close anyway. Stability is good.

Hey Tom, good to see you back! And I think your weight isn't too bad, still about 10 lbs below where you started here, I think. Anyway looking forward to watching it go down.

Its been about 2 weeks now that I have been binge free and sticking to a decent diet. Would be nice to see some weight drop, but I've been at this long enough to know it will happen eventually. I am sure I have lost a little fat.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm still down. So at least, I don't have to start from the very beginning.
Yes, its not a bad place to be. I got up to 188, more than 40 lbs above my lowest so I understand. Of course I was a lot more over weight than you when I started. And I think the 140s may have been too low for me. Right now I am targeting getting back into the 160s, doing it slowly. When I get there I will see how I feel. Have you thought about your target?

You've done really well. I was shooting for 175. Some say, I don't know how true it is, that your best weight was when you were in high school in the 10th grade. I weighed 156 at that time. Some maybe 160s now that I'm older, but truthfully, I'd be happy with anything below 200.

That makes sense. However I was overweight when I was in the 10th grade. In the 11th I got on the wrestling team and got down to the mid 160s, my high school low. When I got down to 143 last year that was more like a jr high or elementary school weight. And maybe too low.

I think your happy below 200 is a good place to start, you will know better when you get there.

I was only at a good weight then, because I had switched schools and had to walk back and forth 2 miles every day. So that was 4 miles of walking a day, plus P.E. and I'd skip lunch most of the time to save my $1.25 lunch money for video games on the way home lol.

I never skipped any meal to save $. Eating was too important for me. And I am older, no video games on my way home from school, maybe the occasional pinball game. But if I had extra money it went into candies or the like...
