Elwilder's Diary

It's the end of week one and I've lost 3.2lbs. I know it's easiest to lose weight in the beginning so 3.2 isn't a huge number because of that. Also, on Christmas Eve and Christmas day I completely overate. No more excuses though. Overall it's not a great start but it's definitely not a bad one either. I've been saying I'm going to lose weight for years and I've not stuck to anything. I have to this time or it seems it will never happen.

Dec. 20 - 211.0 lbs (Starting weight)

Great start :) Now that you've started your diary, I'm gonna be around crackin that whip and haunting you if I don't see you posting :D My other internet buddies here have been complete angels (Annagail ,Jess and Monster) hehe.

No more excuses! Today is Tomorrow!

Bah to be honest. I weighed 211 again that next week which I haven't updated. But I binged hard. It was awful and ended up feeling really ashamed of myself and it hadn't even been 2 weeks. I think I have problems getting into the habit of the new lifestyle.

Anyway, I'll update my weight soon and start weighing in weekly. Ive not weighed in several days now. However, I have found a new hobby that I love. Frisbee golf. It's fun and lots of exercise. Takes about 2 hours to get around 24 holes which is a lot of walking! Thanks for checking in on me daybehavior. You need to kick my ass into gear when you dont hear from me. lol

I gained back exactly what I lost. I don't know if it's stress? Not enough exercise?(I did skip a couple of days). I've always heard you lose the most weight when you first start??? Let's just hope the 10th goes better
I almost wish I could take phentermine again. I took it for a month last year and lost 15 lbs in that one month. Bah.

elwilder I know you can edit a post, so take out what you want and put in what you want. Ok click edit and then you will see delete, you may have to highlight first. Hope this helped!

Hello

You should see how much you are eating. You should try writing everything you eat in this diary and lots of people would be willing to help you out. Basically you have to use more calories than waht you are intaking, but getting enough that you are losing weight the healthy way. I dont think you should take anything. You can do this on your own. Try eating foods that are not processed (fruit, veggies, even making things from sctratch) Perhaps force yourself to walk at least once a night or something. Unless you are taking vitamins like d, c, b's...there shouldnt be a reason to take anything else. I know you can do this!
