weekly consistancy

Ok, every week I have two upper bodys, and two lower bodys, and generally on monday i do lower, tuesday upper, wednesday off, thursday lower, friday upper....

but every week is different, I always get the workouts in the week, but there sometimes like this

monday:lower
tuesday:uppwer
wednesday:lower
thursday:upper
friday:eek:ff
saturday:eek:ff
sunday:eek:ff


another...

monday:eek:ff
tuesday:lower
wednesday:upper
thursday:lower
friday:eek:ff
saturday:upper

so like my weeks are not consistant at all, but I have been making gains, been doing this for a few weeks now, bench getting real strong. Or sometimes...

as long as you're not feeling sore when you go to the gym, that looks ok to me. its random but still fairly consistent. its still two upper/lower a week.

i had a routine for a while where it was designed that each week my split moved up by one day. so this week an upper might be on monday, but next week it was tuesday.
it was kind of a complicated setup and to ensure recovery it was an 8 day rotation instead of 7 days which is more typical, and easier for most people's schedules.
