this morning i was at 194 lbs, yesterday morning i was at 192, i feel pretty bad since i hate like a pig and then couldnt sleep until 6 of the morning, my sleeping habits are really bad for me, so ive decided to ajust my alarm and sleep only 4 hours today, this morning ive taken a big breakfast, because it gives me good energy troughout the day, it included fruits, whole wheat bread, eggs, and milk and cheese.

I would feel great if i could drop the 190 barrier and go in the 180-189 zone.

here are two photos of me right now. So that i can compare each week. Thanks for any kind of support offered

A good start on the right foot

So, yesterday i managed to get to sleep at 11, without eating, this morning i woke up and felt great, full of energy, i went to do a bicycle ride, but before that i ate a heathly breakfast with whole wheat bread and cheese and some milk and apple juice, i will now set my alarm always to 7 am no matter what so that i can get a constant sleeping pattern and my body clock becomes constant. I really need to be able to go to sleep around 11 so that the need to sleep overcomes the need to eat.

this morning i weighed myself and was around 193. no improvement for the moment but still i havent gained any pound, tomorrow i will do my daily training push-up pull-up set-up routine and a good amount of walking so that i put on some muscle and burn some fat. I plan to eat at 12 am and then have supper aroun 5-6 pm. (i will have to eat supper on the job) i will try having a light supper, maybe take a snack between diner and supper to make it smaller portions and help my digestive system process food easier

my strategy is: not count the calorie, do a lot of exercise, only real fruit sugar, no juice, no desert of any kind except yogourt as a part of a meal. water when im thirsty. And no eating after 8 to promote my sleep. it should do the trick and make me lose my extra pounds

already seeing results!

So! yesterday i did abs. push ups and pull ups walked for about 3 hours, ate well and small portions, without any problem or overly bothering hunger, and this morning i weighed myself and was at 191 lbs! its already 2 lbs less than yesterday!i also look slimmer. I think the fact that im walking so much helps a lot! i think im gonna go again for a big big walk today :D and! gonna do my abs

wow! tonight i weighed afteer going to the bathroom and was at 190 lbs! better than i could have expected! in a couple of days i should break the 190 barrier!

talking about it helps me so much!

Hi Vincent, great job on the weight loss. You don't have much to lose so with a bit of continued effort you'll soon be skinny :)
 
I finally broke the 190 barrier and am now at 189! , i lost over 3 lbs in 3 days! im so happy
i walked around 4 hours today and went to the gym
 
this morning, weighed, was still at 189! thats a good start,
So all motivated i went for a 2 hour and a half walk! my legs are sore but its good sore! seems like walking has become a great part of my life, everybody is noticing that im getting thinner, and they tell me my face looks leaner and better too. ive been getting a lot of sun with this walking so i look even better! My abs are really getting much harder and leaner. im really seeing everyday results. Tonight im treating myself and going clubbing with some friends, although i never drink anything, its a good excuse to burn some calories :p

ok! im hungry now, gonna go make myself a good not too big dinner, and two hours later ill take a snack to keep my system running but not bloat my stomach!

I dont even feel like eating sugar anymore! cause i havent taken any for over a week, at first it was hard, but now its so easy, i just look at it and think of myself when i was at 205 lbs.

bad bad day yesterday

yea well after like sooo much walk trouhout the day, i realized that my feet were getting hurt from too much walking and i have a sore muscle in my arm thats hurting. plus, my night out was cancelled, so instead i stayed home and atelike a pig until 3 of the morning.... this morning i weigh 192... im not happy at all. i only slept 5 hours too but i dont want to risk sleeping late and changed my body clock AGAIN or it ill be even worse,today im gonna do my abs and walk.if tonight my arm feels better ill do push up ad pull ups

Don't worry about the fact that you got a bit out of control, just get yourself straight back on track and you'll be ok. It happens to all of us every now and again but it's up to us to not let it ruin anything but to learn from it.

this morning i feel great! i overcompensated for the bad day and did a 30 minute jogging yesterday plus a few hours of walking, and then went straight to bed, my legs hurt bad this morning but i feel full of energy.my abs feel lean and great, of course there is still fat to lose, but im getting in great shape, and the more cardio i do, the more wiehgt ill lose and the more definition i get
 
bicycle ride|

today i went for a 2 hours intense bicycle ride with a friend ,i feel so great, i feel good and in better shape than ever.tonight im working at the restaurant, so even more fat burning, im gonna take a little nap then gonna do my abs, and tonight after work push up and pull ups!
 
So!! This morning, woke up and was at 187!
losing weight is starting to take longer but still! im gonna get to 175!

only 12 more pounds to go!

shedding weight

the more i do cardio, the more defined my body gets, thats how it works,

this morning i weighed almost 185 lbs, only 10 more pounds to lose, i went from 205 to 185 in 2 months, wich means 20 pounds. those last 2 weeks ive dropped most of the weight, something like 10 pounds because im walking more than ever, this morning i took a 3 hours fast paced walk. tonight im going for a bicycle ride with a friend! i cannot wait!

how i lost so quickly: i take a big breakfast everyday then i go for a big walk, i never eat processed sugar or desert or anykind of pasteries. i always try to be on the move, even at the job i try to work my muscle as much as possible, i try to stay active and talk less with other employees.

im gonna post some progress photos soon enough!

my ideal goal weight: 170-175 lbs! (depending if i need more definition)
my height: 5 foot 11 (male)

once i attain my goal i will start changing what i eat to a more caloric program but that feeds more protein and carbohydrates and less fat to my muscles,i mayso start on creatine

my ultimate goal:get a 6 pack
