Lost 4 more lbs this week!!!!Oh my gosh I am sooooo excited a total of 10 lbs lost in 2 weeks so happy. going to take my measurements next week. Once i get to my half way point, I will post a before and half way picture. I have a total of 93 pounds to lose as of right now. My rule that I put in week one in my journal about the candy bars and junk food really really really work for me. I was on my treadmill so much! Man i didnt know i ate that much junk lol. But i feel great. My goal is just to lose 2-3 pounds every week but my body is doing more.(im not complaining) 5 small meals a day 1500 calories and working out 5 days a week. YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
